Tenants Guide

  • All occupiers aged 18 years and over will be required to complete a Credit Reference Tenancy Application and provide two forms of identification.
  • Administration Fee £90.00. £30.00 for each additional adult applicant.
  • Deposit - equal to 1½ times the monthly rental.
  • First month's rent to be paid in advance.
  • Some Landlords will not accept pets, nor smokers, and there may be a restriction where the accommodation is to be shared other than with a partner. It is advisable to check relevant restrictions prior to viewing.
  • Tenants will be responsible for payment of all utilities and council tax unless otherwise stated.
