Tenant Introduction
- Our fee is payable at commencement of tenancy and any subsequent
renewal.
Services include:
- Established rental
- Advertising
- Viewings accompanied where possible
- Tenant vetting via Credit Referencing Agency
- Drawing up Tenancy Agreement
- Supervision of tenancy commencement including collection of
first mont's rent
- Arranging preparation of an Inventory and Checks with independent
Inventory Clerk
- Holding tenancy deposit
- As instructed, arranging gas and electrical safety checks
- Transfer of utility services (if instructed)
- Advising on renewal and any applicable increases in rental
Full Management
- In addition to the above, the following services will apply
with tenant(s) in residence.
- Monthly collection of rental
- Arranging maintenance of property in accordance with the Landlord's
instructions to include any necessary repairs
- Quarterly interim visits whilst occupied and subsequent confirmation
to Landlord
- Dealing with property and contents insurance as applicable
including matters relating to claims during the tenancy
- Dealing with Tenant's queries and negotiating with Landlord
as applicable
