Holybourne Lettings - Company Information
Established in 2002 and headed up by proprietor, Tony Midmore, Holybourne Lettings nestles in
the countryside of North East Hampshire in the village of Holybourne close to Alton.
It is a totally independent firm of letting agents that deals exclusively in the
rental of residential properties.
Meet the Team
Tony Midmore - Proprietor. Tony started his career in Estate Agency in 1968 with a leading multi-branch Surrey firm.
As a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents, he founded Holybourne Lettings in 2002 which deals specifically with letting and management of residential property.
Tony is married to Irene and has lived in the Alton area since the mid-1970s raising their two girls and enjoying the benefits of both living and working in this delightful Hampshire village.
When the office closes, Tony has his garden to maintain and nurture and enjoys
walking and spending time with his grandchildren.

Di Martin - Lettings Administrator. Di has always lived in the Alton area and has over 15 years in the lettings business. She has been with Tony since the formation of Holybourne Lettings and, with her extensive local knowledge and considerable experience gained in the letting industry, she is an invaluable part of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations.
Di is married with two children, both of whom have flown the nest, and she enjoys pottering
in her garden, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
